Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have enough time to request a refund, exchange, or store credit after receiving your item. We DO NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges after 30 business days, and items returned to us without approval are NOT accepted. Your merchandise must be in its original condition and quantities to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Change of Mind / No Longer Needed

Please note that we don't accept partial returns.

We only accept the return of all items, and there will be a 30% restocking fee for returns. We won't refund the original shipping fee. You must contact info@tackletwill.com to get approval to return the merchandise. The return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive the merchandise in its original condition and quantities, we will refund it to your initial payment after deducting a 30% restocking fee.

Incorrect / Damaged Item

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Please send a picture of the incorrect or damaged items and your order number via email to info@tackletwill.com so we can send you the return label or correct item(s).

Exchange Request

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is by purchasing the new item separately. Then, you may request a refund for the original order. Please note that the shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility, and we won't refund the original shipping fee. Once we receive the merchandise in its original condition and quantities, we will refund it to your initial payment.

How Long Will the Refund Take?

We will process the refund immediately once we receive the merchandise in its original condition and quantities. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the credit.

For packages marked as delivered but reported lost, we are not responsible. Customers should contact their local USPS office and file a claim for reimbursement.
