Required Information:

Final Artwork:
- Must be in PDF or image files only.
- Drafts, pictures, or idea sketches are NOT accepted. Incomplete artwork will delay the process.

Specific Dimensions:
- Provide exact height, width, and border thickness in inches.

Material Type:
- Specify one: chenille, embroidery, PU Leather, etc.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
- At least 50 pieces per design and color. No exceptions.
- Note: We do not create samples for orders under 50 pieces due to machine setup requirements.
Process Overview:
- Once all required details are provided, we will send you a quote.
- If you approve the quote, an invoice will be sent via PayPal. Production will begin after receiving at least 50% payment.
Production and Delivery Times:
- Embroidery: 4–6 weeks (including delivery).
- Chenille: 5–7 weeks (including delivery).
- PU Leather and Others: 6–8 weeks.
- During national holidays in the manufacturing country, production may be delayed by an additional 2–3 weeks. <Ex> Lunar Year, Cinco De Mayo, etc.
Important Notes:
- No Sample Production: Samples are not available.
- No Design Modifications: Changes to the design are not accepted after payment.
- Shipping: Items will be shipped to the address you provide.
- No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds: All sales are final.
- Rush Orders: Expedited processing is available for an additional 50% per order.
- Copyright Notice: We are unable to produce designs that include specific brands, logos, or copyrighted content due to intellectual property restrictions.
